Whether you've always been a Bosch user or you just made the switch from KitchenAid, here are some tips that are real game changers!
If you are thinking about buying a Bosch, check out this deal on Amazon!
1. Don't buy the Baker's Bundle. There's only one extra attachment I reccommend and I'll get to that. Those attachments are not made by Bosch and can break easily. I am (obviously) a baker and so when I bought my Bosch, I bought every possible attachment with it, thinking I needed all of them. The baker's bundle comes with:
Dough Hook Extender
Below you can read my evaluation of each attachment. Keep in mind that none of these come with the Bosch. They all cost extra money on top of the Bosch. The only attachment that comes with the Bosch is the metal dough hook.
The metal driver, how do I put this, it shrunk? For some reason it became harder and harder to remove from the center shaft, until on time I was afraid I wasn't going to be able to get it off and I never put it on again. I have no idea what caused that. I never put it in the dish washer and I'm baffled as to why that would happen, but like I said above, it is not made by Bosch and so I can only guess that it just isn't as compatible as the actual Bosch attachment. (The metal dough hook is the only attachment made by Bosh.)
